Please feel free to use the following resources with your family at home to extend their Tinker Bees activities!
🐝 DIY Bubble Wands with Pipe Cleaners 🐝
What you need:
Pipe Cleaners in your favorite colors
Beads or ribbons
Bubble Solution
A tray or shallow bowl for dipping your wand into your solution
Fun Nature Twist- Use a stick for the handle of the wand and a pipe cleaner bent into a fun shape for the bubble ring!
Directions:
Bend one end of your pipe cleaner into a loop. You could make a fun shape or just make a simple circular loop. Twist the end of the piipe cleaner around your wand's handle (The rest of the pipe cleaner)
Thread beads onto the handle of your wand and leave a few centimeters of pipe cleaner at the end.
Bend the rest of the pipe cleaner around your last bead and tuck the end up into the center of you beads to hide the end.
Pour your bubble solution into your tray or shallow bowl and dip your bubble wand's loop into the solution and voila! Bubbles!
